Included in price are: weekly towel and bed linen change, water, gas and electricity consumption.

Not included in the price are:  Cleaning the house: € 120 (this amount does not include the cleaning of the stove and sink). Heating on consumption.

Damage deposit: to be paid € 400,00 (will be returned at the end of your stay)

Arrival: Between 5 pm and 7 pm - Departure: before 09:00 am

Booking and Payment: You can book by e-mail giving us your name, complete address, phone and/or fax number. Upon confirmation of booking 30% of the total amount as deposit. The remaining 70% must be paid upon arrival.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation, we'll retain the 30% deposit.
