Deposit: On arrival we ask for a 400
Euro damage deposit that will be paid back at
the departure, after having checked the house.

Booking:
Can book by
telefon, by e-mail giving us your name, complete
address, phone and/or fax number. We ask for a
30% deposit to be paid through money or bank
transfer. The remain 70% should be paid at the
arrival.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation of
the reservation, we'll retain the 30% deposit.
